1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply between the company operating the bgd33 platform (referred to hereafter as "bgd33" or "the Company") and any person who uses this website or its associated mobile application (referred to hereafter as "the user").

Anyone who uses bgd33's services is considered to have automatically accepted these terms. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, either with prior notice or, where circumstances require, immediately.

These terms must be read together with bgd33's Privacy Policy, as both form part of a single complete legal agreement.

1.1 Scope of Service

bgd33 is an online gaming and sports betting platform. It includes casino games, slots, live casino, cricket and football betting, fishing games, and other categories. The Company may add new services or modify existing ones at any time.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These terms are written in Bangla and the Bangla version shall be considered final. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the Company's interpretation shall apply.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account at bgd33 and to take part in any game or betting activity. The Company may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed and funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, and other details — must be complete, accurate, and kept up to date. bgd33 reserves the right to close any account opened with incorrect or false information at any time.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Users may be required to verify their identity before a withdrawal is processed or in other specific circumstances. A national identity card, passport, or information related to the payment method may be requested for verification.

3 Account Security and Protection

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials secure. Login details should not be shared with anyone. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, bgd33's support team must be notified immediately.

3.1 Password Security

• Passwords should be at least eight characters long and contain a mix of numbers and letters.
• Avoid using the same password on other websites.
• Changing your password at regular intervals helps keep your account secure.

3.2 Third-Party Access

If a third party operates a user's account, full responsibility for that activity rests with the account holder. bgd33 bears no liability for any loss arising from such access.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bgd33 currently accepts the following mobile financial services for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Account verification must be complete and any applicable wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.

4.4 Source of Funds

Users must ensure that funds deposited into their account come from a legitimate source. If a transaction is identified as coming from an illegal or suspicious source, the account will be suspended and the relevant authorities will be notified.

4.5 Payment Account Match

The mobile number or payment account used for a withdrawal must match the number registered to the bgd33 account. Withdrawal requests to a different account will not be processed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit at bgd33, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• While a bonus is active, certain games or bets may not contribute toward the wagering requirement — see the bonus page for specific details.
• bgd33 may change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its discretion.
• Bonuses are not equivalent to cash and are not transferable to third parties.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The bgd33 VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback applies to weekly net losses: up to 0.5% for Bronze, up to 1.0% for Silver, and up to 1.5% for Gold.

Example: a Silver member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

If odds or payouts displayed due to a technical error or unusual circumstances are clearly incorrect, bgd33 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Winnings derived from incorrect odds may not be withdrawn.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Pre-match bets cannot be changed or cancelled once a match or event has started.
• If an event is suspended or cancelled outside its scheduled time, settlement will follow bgd33's bet settlement policy.
• If one selection in a multi-bet is voided, the combined odds of the remaining selections will be recalculated.

6.3 Casino and Slots

All casino games are operated by third-party software. Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Each spin or round is independent and not influenced by previous results.

6.4 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a disconnection occurs due to a network issue, the result of that round will be settled according to the data recorded on the server.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Participating in any form of fraud, match-fixing, or game manipulation.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonus offers.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward bgd33 or its staff.

8 Responsible Gaming

bgd33 considers gambling and betting a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage our users to stay informed about the responsible gaming guidelines.

8.1 Setting Limits

Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is in effect, it cannot be changed before the set period ends.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Any user who wishes to temporarily or permanently suspend their account may contact the support team. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

8.3 Protection of Minors

No one under the age of 21 may use bgd33. It is the account holder's responsibility to prevent underage members of their household from accessing the device.

Cookies and session tracking are used to ensure the platform functions properly. By using the website, the user is considered to have consented to the use of these technologies.

10 Limitation of Liability

bgd33 will not be liable for any loss arising from the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• Internet connection issues or a fault with the user's device.
• Technical errors or disruptions in third-party game software.
• Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account, where the user failed to notify bgd33 in time.

10.1 Service Reliability

bgd33 strives to maintain the highest standard of service. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons. Advance notice will be given where possible.

11 Suspension and Termination of Service

11.1 bgd33's Rights

bgd33 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for any reason, particularly if any clause of these terms is violated. In the event of a breach, bonuses or conditional balances held in the account may be forfeited.

11.2 User's Rights

A user may request to close their account at any time. Any pending withdrawals should be completed and applicable wagering requirements fulfilled before submitting the request.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. In that case, contact the support team to reactivate the account.

12 Dispute Resolution

If a user has an objection about any matter, contact bgd33's support team first. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct discussion.

12.1 Complaint Process

• Complaints must be submitted within seven working days of the date of the incident.
• Providing the transaction ID, date, and description related to the complaint allows for faster verification.
• bgd33 will provide an initial response within seven working days of receiving the complaint.

12.2 Final Decision

If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the decision of bgd33's management committee will be considered final.

13 Changes and Updates to Terms

bgd33 may partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified as far as reasonably possible before the changes take effect. If a user continues to use the platform after the changes, they will be considered to have agreed to the new terms.
